APPENDIX H.
THE CUBE OF LIGHT.
| fwV | ||
| 3375,000,000 | = | (1500)3. |
3375 is 153 (15 × 15 × 15); and by Gematria represents the cube of 1500 (fwV), since only the first four digits are of consequence, and the cyphers are written off.
3375 is related geometrically to 2683 - the number of the First Precept, as follows:-
| 2683 | 3375 |
| genhqhtw fwV | to meson tou fwtoV (Gen. i. 4.) |
| = (9 + Ö3)/4 × 1000 | = 33/23 × 1000 |
| lucnon or 1200 × Ö5 |
or 9/4 × 1500 (fwV). |
In Gematria it is represented by the
| Name of IEOU - as Bishop of Light, | EpiskopoV tou fwtoV = 3375, |
| and the Descent of Light, | KatabasiV tou fwtoV = 3375, |
| which creates the Division of Light from Darkness of Gen. i. 4, | To meson tou fwtoV = 3375, |
| resulting in the First Sphere of Light, | Sfaira a¢ fwtoV = 2683. |
But the connection with IEOU is also a geometrical one as the area of one face of the cube 33750 is very nearly 4850; or 10 × 485 - IEOU.
FWS - Light = 1500, and LUCNOS - a Lamp = 1350, whilst LUCNON, another form, is 1200.
These three words are therefore arithmetically related in Gematria, as will appear by the following table,
| FWS | LUCNOS | LUCNON | ||
| 1500 | 1350 | 1200 | ||
| 150 × 10 | 150 × 9 | 150 × 8 |
so that they represent the harmonic proportionals 8, 9, 10 apparent in physical law. And the first two are related geometrically, since 1350 - LucnoV is the surface of the cube of 15.00 or 3375. For each face of the cube is 152 or 225, and all six faces are 225 × 6 or 1350.
The number of the exterior or surface cubes in the block of 3375 cubes is 1178 = MUSTHRION, and the metacube, or total number visible to sight, is 631 - QANATOS = Death. So the Gnosis tells us that Death is but a part, and that the visible part, of the great Mystery which leads from Cube to Cube, from the Cube of twice Seven, which represents the Church of Christ, to the Cube of Fifteen, which, as Light, is Christ Himself.
| For 143 (or 73 × 8) | = | 2744 | EKKLHSIA TOU CRISTOU. |
| + QANATOS | = | 631 | |
| 3375 | ¢O CRISTOS ¢H ANASTASIS KAI ¢H ZWH. |
And we may go yet further. Beyond the Cube of Light, 3375, and between it and the next, is the Metacube 721, which is KARPISMOS - The Gathering-in of the Fruits, and this brings us to the perfect form of Truth, the Cube of 16, the Square of 64 - ALHQEIA, and the Fourth or transcendental power of
EIGHT, the Master's number. And the content of this Cube is 4096, which is IHSOUS CRISTOS× FWS ALHQINON - Jesus Christ, the True Light, or IHSOUS CRISTOS× LUCNOS ALHQINOS, and it is the Altar of Jesus Christ - TO QUSIASTHRION IHSOU CRISTOU, whose perimeter measure is 192 - MARIAM, and its surface measure PETROS-PAULOS - 1536, who mark the bounds of the Geometry of Truth - ¢H GEWMETRIA ALHQEIAS - 1536, and this is the Consummation - the Beginning, the Middle, and the End - A×M×W -
A. TO MESON. W. - 1536.
